Alane Taylor’s Story
Alane Taylor has been the office manager for Blueprint Leadership for the past six years. She thrives when working with clients, providing professional services through information and assistance throughout the organization’s relationship with Blueprint Leadership. She has the same goal as the organizations that work with us – making a difference in the world by teaching servant leadership in organizations and teams. Alane’s passion for people results in enthusiasm for every potential opportunity to help others see a better way to serve the organization they work for with a willingness to look internally for opportunities to improve.
Alane is a graduate from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business. She brings her value- and ethics-based learning to the work environment. She began her career in staffing and quickly saw the critical nature of hiring the right staff and how teams impact the organization’s overall goals. Her passion continued through more than fifteen years of recruitment and human resource roles in academics, manufacturing, and, most recently, medical.
Alane resides in southern California with her amazing husband and their beautiful daughter.
